Not only do our wines receive careful handling in the vineyard and the cellar, but we continue this care during transport as well. Wine orders

We will gladly accept your wine order at any time. Have you already decided on a wine of choice? If so, please contact us by emailing info@weingut-basten.de and we will arrange your order for you.

Delivery Service

You are looking to refill your wine supply or need someone who will deliver wine directly to your next event? Look no more. We will deliver your desired wines right to your doorstep. Within our pre-announced delivery dates in March to June and October to December, we will deliver to you personally. Deliveries contain orders of 6-bottle cartons. At 36 bottles or an order of 200.00 Euros your delivery to an address within Germany is free of charge. Smaller deliveries contain a shipping fee of 11.00 Euros.

If your order contains wines that are sold out, we will replace these wines with a cultivar of similar price point and quality, unless the customer specifically negates this.

Delivery fees are payable within 14 days upon delivery. First-time customers are asked to pay at the time of order.

Parcel shipping

Wine parcels can be packaged fully customizable. First-time customers are emailed a bill within a maximum of 3 business days after their order. The wines will be shipped no later than 3 business days after customer payment has been received.

Wine orders are shipped to repeat customers within 3 business days. Payment must be received within 14 days after billing.

Wine parcel delivery within Germany typically takes 3-4 business days. We will inform you of the expected delivery date of your parcel over the phone or in an email, in order to ensure that you are available to receive the parcel from the courier.

Parcel shipping in other countries within the UN is available in 12-bottle cartons. Shipping costs typically amount to 25.00 Euros per carton. Any orders in abroad-UN countries require pre-payment.

Tasting

We offer commented tastings and cellar tours which intimately present our wines to serve this luxury product justice. Both our cellar master and qualified sommelier take much pride in presenting our products to you. The diversity of wine varieties is impressive, and no drop compares to another. Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and many more exceptional varieties are waiting to be savored. If tasted complimentary to a guided hike or a comfortable and relaxing wagon ride through the vineyards, our wines will certainly be unforgettable. All wines can be purchased after every tasting, so that you can bring home a part of your Moselle experience with you.
