Cycling and Bicycle Rental

In the past few years, a wide net of bicycle paths has been constructed along the Moselle. Today, with the 275 km long bicycle path built along the Moselle, the region counts as one of the most scenic cycling areas in Europe.

Our guest house is only a few meters away from this famous bicycle path, which runs close to the shore and has minimal inclines. The surrounding Moselle villages make ideal locations for rest stops, and there are countless spots along the river with benches to relax on or meadows for an enjoyable riverside picnic.

If you enjoy a physical challenge, the bicycle path forks off towards the surrounding hills in various places and leads up to stunning views of the Moselle and the valley.

For this adventure we provide six modern and high-quality trekking bicycles as well as one bike trailer for children, all of which you may rent for a very reasonable price. For your safety we recommend that you always wear a bicycle helmet. For hygienic reasons we do not rent helmets and ask that you bring and use your own.
